Stained Glass II
In this 8-week follow up class to Stained Glass I, students expand on their studies by learning new techniques while creating an original piece, from design conception to final installation. Introduced to several new techniques include glass painting and architectural installation of windows with proper reinforcement.
Discussion topics for class include glass selection, drafting to size, glass cutting, leading, soldering, cementing, beveled glass, 3D lamp work, reinforcement, and installation.
All materials are included. Prerequisite: Stained Glass I.
