The redemption code is beneath your Groupon voucher’s barcode, above the Groupon number and the voucher’s expiration date. It should be a 7-8 digit string of numbers and will not contain letters.

Yes! Please note that the expiration date of your Groupon is based on the date of purchase (4 months from the date of purchase). CMS is in compliance with Groupon policy, and as such the expiration date acts a deadline to enroll. As long as you redeem your voucher by enrolling within the valid period, you can select from any upcoming open workshop date.

If The Chicago Mosaic School cancels the course for which you have enrolled, you will receive a full refund regardless of the time frame stated above. 

Classes are cancelled when enrollment minimums are not reached. The Chicago Mosaic School and instructors determine this minimum enrollment number.

Cancellations may be made up to THREE (3) days prior to the first day of the class. Students will be notified of the cancellation via email or by telephone.

You may also opt to use the amount of your unredeemed Groupon purchase towards any CMS class or workshop.

The age minimum for Groupon Mosaic Basics participants is 8-years-old when accompanied by a parent/guardian.
