Glass-on-Glass Mosaic

In this 6-week class you will learn about the unique effects that transparency, light, and color create with mosaic on glass. Participants will complete a beautiful transparent artwork that will convey the same beauty and qualities of stained glass, but with mosaic techniques. Students are asked to bring in rough sketches and ideas to the first class. Smaller substrates, approximately 10” x 14” are included. Students may bring their own reclaimed window but please note that larger projects will likely not be completed in 6 weeks.

No prerequisite. All materials included.
