THE EDGEWATER MOSAIC GARDEN PROJECT
The Edgewater Mosaic Garden Project will bring flower-themed mosaic artworks to building facades throughout the neighborhood of Edgewater in Chicago, IL.
Etty Hasak’s “Wild Flowers” was installed Summer 2020 on Uncommon Ground’s building at 1401 W. Devon Ave, Chicago, IL.
Casey Van Loon‘s “Lotus” was installed May 2021 on Ellipsis Coffeehouse’s building at 1259 W Devon Ave, Chicago, IL.
Laura Marie Sanchez's "Prairie Hyacinth" was installed May 2021 on the building for Isel's Cleaners at 6403 N Wayne Ave.
Edgewater businesses in the Broadway and Devon special service area funded this mosaic project, which is being coordinated through the Edgewater Chamber of Commerce and the Chicago Mosaic School.
