Material Donation Form

Do you have materials you no longer use and would like to donate them to The Chicago Mosaic School, the only non-for-profit mosaic art school in North America?

CMS excepts most mosaic and stained glass materials and tools.

CMS has limited space to store materials therefore we ask that you fill out the donation form and we will get back to you as soon as we are able: CLICK HERE

Donations accepted only when approved and may be dropped off by appointment only.
