1127 W GRANVILLE FACADE

2019 marked the one-year anniversary of the Chicago Mosaic School residing at our current 1127 West Granville location in the Historic Edgewater neighborhood of Chicago. In celebration CMS began the process of creating a beautiful mosaic for the facade of the school. This stunning work of public art features a design by CMS Principal Faculty member Casey Van Loon. This design is a beautiful depiction of the neighboring Lake Michigan shoreline. Measuring 150 square feet, this mosaic artwork was created and installed by our team of local professional artists alongside community volunteers thus deepening our roots within the Edgewater community. Installation was finished in 2020.
